For experts doing $20K–$80K a month on content

Your content sells.Your ads don't.

You've posted hundreds of times, and your content has brought you clients. Then you paid to scale it, and the calendar filled with people who didn't show or didn't buy.

Everything you're guessing at now, your audience already answered.

Alleah spent a year and $100k before anyone looked there. I dug through what she'd already posted and found the videos that were already selling. Once her ad money went behind those, the calls kept coming whether she posted that week or not.

Built six months ago. Still the same build.

You already did the hard part.

You got good at the thing before anyone paid you for it, and then people started asking if you'd do it for them. So you started posting, hundreds of times, a lot of them to nobody, saying the same thing a different way until it landed with someone. You learned how to get on a call with a stranger and walk out with a client. You figured out what to charge, then figured it out again when the first number was wrong. Your clients got results, and some of them sent you their friends.

And the whole time, the business ran on your own energy. Take a month off posting, or a week somewhere without your phone, and you already know what the calendar looks like when you get back.

It's all still there, in hundreds of posts and every sales call you've ever taken. It built your business, and nobody has ever sat down with all of it and given it the respect it's earned.

Her buyers had been pointing at her best ads the whole time.

An agency brought me in to clean up its client list. Alleah's account was on it.

My prospects talk about my content on my sales calls all the time,” she told me on one of our calls.

After I left, she came looking for me.

Where'd the guy go who just seemed to get it?”

By then she'd spent a year and about $100,000 on agencies, coaches, courses and consultants. Her calendar was full, and almost nobody on it was showing up.

The calls are booking. Everybody's no-showing.”

I scored her archive, pulled out the handful her buyers kept answering, and told her the hard part was already done.

She didn't believe me. After a year of being told she needed something new, hearing she already had it made too much sense to trust. So we tested it the cheapest way there is, and she reposted them.

Within eight days she'd signed six new clients.

Yeah, it's a party trick. A million dollar one, but it's still one.”

She'd been carrying it the whole year. The agencies kept burning her money on tests, and whenever the cash ran thin, her gut sent her back to what she'd always done. She picked up her phone and posted, it worked, and that kept the company alive long enough for her to find me.

Seeing how simple it was supposed to be messed with her a little. Then she told me she wanted to hand all of it to someone she could trust.

The answer key

Your best ads are already posted.

There was a warm juicy foundation that needed what we did to be harvested.”

She'd been calling those videos organic content for years, but every one had been tested on a live audience. A few stopped strangers mid-scroll, others made her followers trust her a little more, and some got people to buy, which is the whole job of an ad. Then the feed moved on, and they sat in her archive like they were finished.

She had more than 2,000 videos up. She'd watched every one of them go out, and she still couldn't tell you which ones sold.

You've had one of these. You almost didn't post it. You rewrote the caption twice, hit share anyway and moved on, and the next week somebody got on a call with their card already out. The first thing they brought up was that post.

You can probably name a couple of yours. The rest are buried in a few hundred others, and digging them out takes a trained eye.

Client success taught me that the ad sets the mood a client walks in with. Someone who finds you through your posts has heard you think before they ever book, so they show up already sold on you. An ad built from scratch, one that doesn't sound like you, sends you strangers when it sends anyone at all.

So her ad money went behind the handful of videos that had already sold, inside an Attract / Nurture / Convert campaign. After a year and about $100,000 spent trying to make ads work, her first $2,300 in ad spend booked calls at $43 apiece. She didn't make anything new or change her offer, and she didn't have to become someone else to do it. The campaign later did $105,000 in sales over 9 weeks, at a 5–7x return on ad spend once it stabilized.

Then it got boring.

“A machine that when we put X in, we know we get Y out, and it's just about monitoring.”

The map

$3,000

We score everything you've posted against what your buyers keep answering and hand you the answer key. The posts that already sold are your best ads, and you've had them the whole time. Your repost list lands first, and you spend about a week putting those posts back in front of your people, the way she did. You don't make anything new or change your offer.

Then you and I sit down for 90 minutes, and you walk in having already made money. Your repost numbers go up on the screen first. After that, everything that grew your business gets laid out in front of you for the first time, with twenty years of operator eyes on it, and every question you've ever had about your content and your ads gets answered against your own numbers.

You leave knowing why your business works when it works. So you stop guessing what to say, how to say it, and just go do the boring part of saying the same things over and over. Or turning it into ads and letting the paid algorithm do it for you.

What you walk away with

  • The repost listThe handful of posts that already sold, in the order to post them. Money this week from things you've already made.
  • A year of repostsEvery winner set on a rotation, so each quarter opens with a week of posts that already sold.
  • The stop listThe formats, topics and series that never sold, so you can quit making them.
  • Your ads, by stageWhich posts go into Attract, which into Nurture and which into Convert.
  • Why they buy youThe 3–5 themes your people need to hear, the problems they need solved and the way you solve them, in their own words.
  • The pre-call postsThe posts prospects keep bringing up, picked out to send every booked call before it happens.
  • Idea seedsThe next posts worth making, built from what already sold, for the days you feel like posting.
  • The briefYour full content marketing and advertising brief, written so anyone you hand it to can work from it without you in the room.
  • The appraisalYour repost numbers carried across a year of rotation, so you know what your archive is worth.
The guarantee

If the reposts haven't brought in $3,000 in sales by the time we sit down, you get your $3,000 back.

Post them the way we lay them out and bring your numbers to the 90-minute call, where we look at them together. Either way, the repost list is yours to keep.

This is for you if

  • Your content has already made you sales, and your ads haven't.
  • Your clients get results.
  • You're good at the thing, and you're tired of the business only moving when you do.

This won't fit if your content hasn't brought in clients yet, or if it sells on hype and pressure. It works for experts people already like listening to.

Book 15 to 20 minutes with me.

We'll look at what your content has already sold and what you've spent trying to make ads work. I'll tell you straight whether there's enough there to score, and if there is, what I'd expect to find in it. If there's a fit, I'll walk you through the map and what we'd need from you.

The map is the first step toward the business you meant to build back when you were white-knuckling this one into existence.
