Short version: everything sold here is digital, you get it immediately, and all sales are final. You can use what you buy. You can't resell it, repackage it, or feed it into a product of your own.
This site and everything sold on it is operated by Keep It Simple Stupid, LLC, doing business as The World's Best Junior Copywriter, a Florida limited liability company.
Using this site, opting in, or buying anything means you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use the site.
Digital products. Written guides, recorded training, templates, and access to a paid membership community. Nothing physical ships and nothing is delivered on a timetable unless the sales page says so.
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price you paid is the price you paid.
Everything here is digital, delivered immediately, and usable the moment you have it. For that reason there are no refunds. You confirm this at checkout before paying.
This is not a trick and it isn't buried. If you're unsure whether something is for you, read the page again, email me a question, or don't buy it.
If something genuinely fails to deliver — a broken link, a login that won't work, a file you never received — that isn't a refund question, it's a support question. Tell me and I'll fix it.
The community membership bills on a recurring basis at the price shown when you join. Where a free trial is offered, billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
You can cancel at any time, from inside your own account, and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not refund payments already taken.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own work and your own clients' work.

The book is free and it was written to travel. Send it to anybody, print it, email it to a client, quote it, argue with it. You don't need to ask. The one thing you can't do is sell it or put your name on it.
The paid community exists so working people can post real numbers and get useful answers. Pitching the room, harvesting members for your own offers, posting other members' figures outside the group, or being unpleasant to people will get you removed. Removal for cause does not come with a refund.
All content on this site and in the products — text, recordings, templates, images, and the methods described — belongs to Keep It Simple Stupid, LLC, except where it's credited to somebody else.

Everything is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, neither I nor Keep It Simple Stupid, LLC is liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or anything bought on it, including lost profit or advertising spend.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for the product in question.
If your use of what you bought causes a claim against me — because of how you used it, or what you told your own clients — you agree to cover the cost of defending it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is to be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
I can update these terms. Material changes get the date at the top moved. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.
