Case 01 · Alleah

From a million dollar party trick to a business that runs while she's on vacation

By the time she found me, she'd been through agencies, coaches, courses and consultants, and her audience had spent a year on the receiving end of cold, high-pressure marketing. What she needed was simpler: find what already made her special to her people, and build around it so the experience felt like a red carpet.

The math works, and there's still a lot of money sitting in that gap. Next lever: someone working every one of those leads by hand.

Calls on the calendar, nobody showing up

“The calls are booking. Everybody's no-showing.”

Alleah built her business by posting, more than 2,000 videos, and by being great once someone got on a call with her. She spent a year and about $100,000 trying to scale it. Her calendar filled up, most of the people on it never showed, and the few who did didn't buy. An agency she'd hired brought me in to clean up its client list, hers included. After I left, she fired them and came looking for me.

Result“Where'd the guy go who just seemed to get it?”

The answer was already in her archive

“My prospects talk about my content on my sales calls all the time.”

Everyone kept telling her she needed something new: new ads, a new funnel, new content. I told her to turn around and look at what she'd already done, because the hard part was done. If her buyers were bringing up her videos on sales calls, those videos were already selling. We scored her archive and found the handful her buyers kept answering. It sounded too easy to work, so we tested it the simplest way possible: she reposted them. That's when she called it what it was. “Yeah, it's a party trick. A million dollar one, but it's still one.”

Her content was already her ads

“There was a warm juicy foundation that needed what we did to be harvested.”

Her best advertising was sitting in her own account, and nobody had told her to look. We put money behind the videos that were already selling, built into an Attract / Nurture / Convert campaign. She didn't make anything new or change her offer, and she didn't have to become someone else to do it.

ResultCalls at $43, then $105,000 in sales over 9 weeks

Plugging the leaks

“An intent to create a beautiful path that is a pleasure for someone to experience.”

The money was coming in, but people were dropping off between the ad and the call. We smoothed out that path so it felt like her the whole way through. Once the marketing was converting again, the next ceiling was her own calendar. She was still the only one taking calls.

ResultLeads at $2.71, calls at $72

Off the sales calls

“A machine that when we put X in, we know we get Y out, and it's just about monitoring.”

Every sale still needed her on the call, and her webinars and the next stage of growth needed her more. We brought in a closer from my network so she could step back. Then she had a choice to make: keep it a simple little business, or go big. She chose big and went to a Tony Robbins event to get around some 8-figure energy, and I handed her to the people who take businesses from seven figures to eight.

ResultThe closer landed a pay-in-full while she was at the event

A business that breathes

“What do I even call you? The captain of my ship?”

A closer works the calls, the webinar does the selling, and the campaign is the same one we built six months ago. She gets to be the expert again, and somewhere in there she told me, “It feels weird just watching my business breathe, and not having to tell my daughter no on vacation.”

Working with me

What comes off your plate

Almost every expert who reaches out says some version of the same thing. “I just want to hand it all off and not have to think about it.”

  1. 01

    Look

We start with what you've already posted, sent and sold, and find what's working. Your archive gets scored against what your buyers kept answering, so before anything new gets made, we know which pieces are already selling for you.

  2. 02

    Build

Anything missing gets built out of your own words: the ads, the emails, the pages. Where people are slipping through, twenty years of attraction marketing goes into warming them up, so nobody has to be pushed.

  3. 03

    Run

It runs, and every week you see what a booked call is costing you. When a number slips, I catch it and fix it before it eats a month. There's nothing for you to check.

Where to start

Start where you are

Hand it off

The answer key

We score everything you've already posted against what your buyers keep answering, and hand you the posts that already sold. You put those back in front of your people first. Then we sit down for 90 minutes with your numbers on the screen.

The record

Where the eye came from

Every business I've helped grow let me in through the copywriting and marketing. Over twenty years that turned into running operations, client success, teams and the executive seat, which is how I learned to see the whole business at once.

$40M+in sales from campaigns I've built
750+businesses seen from the inside
20+years building and selling online
450+sites built and run
2007 – 2012

Founder

Killingsworth Media Group

I built 450+ sites of my own with a team of 22 and a baby on the way. If a page didn't make money, I didn't eat, so I learned to look at a page and see fast what was working and where the money was leaking out.

2013 – 2014

Insurance Sales

North American Senior Benefits

I spent two years at strangers' kitchen tables, where I learned where a sale stalls and that the person who listens longest usually makes it.

2015 – 2024

Freelance

Expert businesses

For nine years, experts who came up in the ClickFunnels world brought me in to help, including Alex Charfen, Annie Grace and Peter Diamandis. I wrote emails, ads, sales pages, webinars and sales videos for their programs. A webinar I wrote for Charfen turned 12 of every 100 people who came in off an ad into $2,000 buyers. Every time I was brought in for one thing, I found money they'd walked past.

2017 – 2019

Senior Copywriter

Rapid Crush

I was called in to get the message right before the money went out. A sales page I wrote converted at 19%, and Jason Fladlien's friends started emailing to ask if he'd written it himself.

2020 – 2022

Project Manager

Storms United

I knocked doors selling roofs, then ran the jobs. That meant finding the next customer, keeping the last one happy and keeping a crew on schedule.

2021 – 2024

Behind the Curtain

ClickFunnels and the brands it bought

For four years I wrote in other people's voices for the company that trains experts. Everything went out under their name and had to sound like them, which is how I learned to write you so it sounds like you.

2022 – 2023

Client Success Manager

Predictable Sales

I learned that the ad sets the mood a client walks in with, and every promise in the marketing lands on whoever delivers the work. When the marketing leads with the thing people already love about you, clients arrive sold on you, and they stay.

2023 – 2024

COO

Recruiting Accelerator

I ran the operations, the team and the numbers, and learned how to find and build the right people. Five emails from my desk booked 27 calls in a week. That's where I learned what happens when nobody owns the outcome.

A note from me

Most of the experts I talk to are doing somewhere between twenty and a hundred grand a month, and none of them can tell you which month it'll be. They built something real by being great at what they do, and the marketing has been running on their energy ever since.

I've spent twenty years getting invited into businesses like that, and the fix is almost always sitting in something they already made. Alleah's was in her archive.

Tell me where yours is stuck and where I can see your work. I'll come back with the first thing I'd fix. From there you decide whether you want a simple little business that runs while you're on vacation, or you want to go big.
